Aix\u00ed podran ser compartits amb tercers per complir amb aquestes finalitats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autoritzo Mar\u00e7al Ramirez Roig, a utilitzar la meva imatge, veu i nom en tot, i qualsevol material, siguin fotos, v\u00eddeos i documents, per ser emprada en campanyes i anuncis promocionals i institucionals, destinades a la divulgaci\u00f3 al p\u00fablic en general, a Espanya i a l&#8217;estranger.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta autoritzaci\u00f3 es concedir\u00e0 gratu\u00eftament i de forma indefinida a partir de la data de la signatura del present acord. Es podr\u00e0 concloure mitjan\u00e7ant manifestaci\u00f3 expressa d&#8217; una de les parts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CL\u00c0USULA INFORMATIVA PROTECCI\u00d3 DE DADES<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El responsable del tractament de les imatges i dades \u00e9s Mar\u00e7al Ramirez Roig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La finalitat d&#8217;aquest acord \u00e9s l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest per a la cessi\u00f3 de drets d&#8217;imatge a trav\u00e9s del consentiment atorgat. Els destinataris de les seves dades seran tercers a qui se&#8217; ls comunicaran per a la realitzaci\u00f3 de campanyes publicit\u00e0ries, complint la normativa exigible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00e9 dret d&#8217;
